The RC series gets new looks with Metallic Silver, Electronic Orange and Dark Galvano respectively. The new color options are launched in addition to the BS6 KTM range launched earlier in February 2020.
With the prices of these vehicles remain unchanged, the new colors have been added to complement the existing colors and provide the prospects with more choices to ride the color that best suits them, KTM informed.
Styled after modern-day competition street-racers, RC models are inspired by KTM’s RC16 & Moto3 factory racers.
KTM RC 125 is priced at Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom) while RC 200 and RC 390 at Rs 1.60 lakh and Rs 2.35 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively.
Sumeet Narang, President (Probiking) at Bajaj Auto Ltd. said, “The KTM RCs are race-bred machines with its technology & form inspired from the MotoGP racer– KTM RC 16. The fully faired motorcycles have a strong and growing contribution to the KTM portfolio. Also, the enthusiasts of SuperSport motorcycles in India prefer aggressive sharp looks coupled with exciting color options. These new colors have been carefully selected to complement the existing range. These additional options on each KTM RC will further enhance its appeal amongst the young & ambitious biking enthusiasts.”
All the RC models excel with outstanding power to weight ratio in their own class. High-end race tech components like the 4-valve, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine; thick 43mm upside-down forks; rigid lightweight racing chassis; aerodynamic SuperSport styling from a windshield to tail evidently communicate that this is a motorcycle for winners, with extreme styling and top-level class-leading performance.
